Who We Share Your Data With
Clause 4.1
Stripe Inc: for secure payment processing. Stripe is PCI-DSS compliant. Their privacy policy is available at stripe.com/privacy.
Clause 4.2
Email delivery platform (Mailchimp / Beehiiv): for sending the daily brief and managing subscriber lists. These platforms process data on our behalf under data processing agreements.
Clause 4.3
We do not share your personal data with any other third parties except where required by law or with your explicit consent.

How Long We Keep Your Data
Clause 5.1
Subscriber data is retained for the duration of your active subscription.
Clause 5.2
Following cancellation of your subscription, we will retain your data for a maximum of 12 months before deletion, unless you request earlier deletion.
Clause 5.3
Email engagement data (open and click records) is retained for a maximum of 24 months.
Clause 5.4
Financial transaction records are retained for 7 years in accordance with HMRC requirements.
Clause 5.5
If you have expressed interest in PropSignal but not subscribed, we will retain your contact details for a maximum of 12 months from the date of your last interaction with us.

The PropSignal daily brief is a service you have actively subscribed to. It is not unsolicited marketing.

You may unsubscribe from the daily brief at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us directly. Unsubscription takes effect within 48 hours.
Clause 7.3
Following unsubscription we will not send you further briefs, but may send a single confirmation of your unsubscription.

We take the security of your personal data seriously. We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure.
