Clause 1.1
PropSignal is a property market intelligence platform that provides subscribers with curated daily briefs containing signals, data analysis, and commentary on residential property listings in selected UK markets.
Clause 1.2
PropSignal is operated by PropSignal Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales.
Clause 1.3
PropSignal is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). PropSignal does not provide regulated financial advice as defined under the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000.
Section 2
Nature of the Service
Clause 2.1
The PropSignal daily brief provides general property market intelligence only. It does not constitute financial advice, investment advice, legal advice, or any other form of professional advice.
Clause 2.2
The information contained in PropSignal briefs is provided for informational and educational purposes only. It is not tailored to the individual circumstances, financial position, or investment objectives of any subscriber.
Clause 2.3
Nothing in any PropSignal brief should be interpreted as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any property or investment. Subscribers must form their own independent judgements about any property opportunity.
Section 3
Accuracy of Information
Clause 3.1
PropSignal sources data from third-party property portals, land registry records, and other public sources. While we use reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy, we cannot guarantee that information is complete, accurate, or up to date at any given time.
Clause 3.2
Property data including price history, days on market, lease terms, and service charges is sourced from third parties and may contain errors or omissions. Subscribers must independently verify all information before acting on it.
Clause 3.3
PropSignal accepts no liability for any inaccuracy, error, or omission in the data or analysis contained in any brief.
Section 4
Subscriber Responsibilities
Clause 4.1
Subscribers are solely responsible for any investment decisions they make. PropSignal accepts no responsibility for any financial loss, damage, or other consequence arising from a subscriber's reliance on information contained in any brief.
Clause 4.2
Subscribers must conduct their own independent due diligence before making any property investment decision, including obtaining advice from qualified solicitors, surveyors, mortgage advisers, and independent financial advisers.
Clause 4.3
Subscribers must not redistribute, resell, or share PropSignal brief content with third parties without prior written consent from PropSignal Ltd.
Section 5
Subscription and Payment
Clause 5.1
PropSignal subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. The current subscription price is £49 per month for the standard tier, subject to change with reasonable notice.
Clause 5.2
Subscriptions automatically renew each month unless cancelled. Subscribers may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for the current billing period.
Clause 5.3
PropSignal reserves the right to modify subscription pricing with a minimum of 30 days' written notice to existing subscribers.
Section 6
Limitation of Liability
Clause 6.1
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PropSignal Ltd excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special loss or damage arising from use of the PropSignal service or reliance on any information contained in a PropSignal brief.
Clause 6.2
PropSignal's total liability to any subscriber in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by that subscriber in the three months preceding the claim.
Clause 6.3
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.
Section 7
Intellectual Property
Clause 7.1
All content, data, analysis, and materials produced by PropSignal are the intellectual property of PropSignal Ltd. Subscribers are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to access and use brief content for their own investment research only.
Clause 7.2
Subscribers may not reproduce, distribute, publish, or commercially exploit any PropSignal content without prior written consent.
Section 8
Data and Privacy
Clause 8.1
PropSignal collects and processes subscriber personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website.
Clause 8.2
By subscribing, you consent to receiving the daily brief by email at the address provided. You may unsubscribe at any time.
Section 9
Changes to Terms
Clause 9.1
PropSignal reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Subscribers will be notified of material changes with reasonable notice. Continued use of the service following notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Section 10
Governing Law
Clause 10.1
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
